Music Fest 2018
Jun 23 @ 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

6p.m.  the Paradise Band, a full seven-piece band featuring horns and playing music from the 60’s along with Beach Boys, Jazz and Jimmy Buffet songs.

7:30p.m. The “The Soul Men”, a Blues Bros Tribute duo will join the Paradise Band taking you back to those good ole days with Dan Aykroyd and Jim Belushi as only they could. Relive those moments, sounds and dance routines including some great harmonica playing by Dan.

The Michigan Fallen Military Memorial Wall will be on display Saturday and Sunday with a motorcycle escort scheduled to bring it in to the display site from Tawas Gateway Park on Saturday morning. Other Military Veterans activites and functions will also be announced as they are added. A Car and Motorcycle Show” will be held on Saturday with Small entry fee for vehicles entering the show. The Car Show and Fallen Wall are free to attend. The entire event is intended to help raise much needed funds for continued improvements for our Oscoda Veterans Memorial Park. Small donation of just $10 per person per night for evening Music entertainment.

Summer Concert Series – Shout

Shipwreck Alley Rollers Home Game

Volunteers will be selling fireworks bracelets, and all proceeds from the 50/50 raffle will help light up the sky this 4th of July! The goal is $22,500.

Mini Maritimers’ Day Program

The Friends of Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary would like to welcome you to be a part of our summer programs! Explore our amazing Great Lakes and ocean in this two day Mini Maritimer program! Students will make maritime crafts, play games together, and go on a maritime adventure throughout the Heritage Center exhibits.
