The Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary presents: The Christmas Tree Ship! This FREE educational program uses the book, The Christmas Tree Ship (by Jeanette Winter) to explore how factual events can become fables. Participants will: -Listen to a reading of The Christmas Tree Ship story -Make a Christmas Tree Ship holiday ornament -Talk about historical materials to help us discover the past FREE hot chocolate and popcorn! Children’s film: Stranger in the Woods (25 min) will be playing every half hour during program. Special programs will be playing continuously in the Science on the Sphere room all day.
