In room CTR 104/102. Warm, aromatic, freshly baked Rye and Wheat Bread brings endless praise and eager appetites to your kitchen. If you’ve always been intimidated by bread-baking and using a bread-maker, fear no more. This class is designed for “newbie bakers”. Join Janet and Gerald Lucas as they teach methods on mixing, handling, rising, shaping, and baking basic dough. Students can choose from Rye or Wheat using their own bread maker for mixing the ingredients and take their own bread to bake at home! Class is limited to 10 students.
