STORCH SOCCER ACADEMY
Introductory Camp – ages 4 – 7 Monday 7/27 – Friday 7/31
10:00 am to 12 noon Cost = $60
This camp is designed for the beginning player. We will focus on a skill, or set of skills each day to be taught and practiced in a setting utilizing games and activities related to soccer. Players will be provided with size 3 or size 4 balls during each 2 hour session during the week.
Youth Camp – ages 8 – 12 Monday 7/27 – Friday 7/31
9:30 am to 12 noon Cost = $75
This camp is designed for the recreational player who wants to take their game to the next level. Daily skills will be focused upon in individual training and in small sided games. Players will be provided with size 4 or size 5 balls during each 2 ½ hour session during the week.
Premier Camp – ages 10 – 18 Monday 7/27 – Friday 7/31
2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Cost = $75
This camp is designed for the player who plays soccer at a competitive level on a travel team or high school team. Besides technical training, each player will be introduced to functional training by position and team tactics in small sided scrimmages. Players will be provided with size 4 or 5 balls during each 2 ½ hour session during the week.
Goalkeeper Camp – ages 8 – 18 Monday 7/27 – Friday 7/31
11:00 am to 1:00 pm Cost = $75
This camp is designed to help train the aspiring goalkeeper. Techniques specific to the position will be focused upon during each 2 hour session during the week. Size 4 or 5 balls will be provided, but each goalkeeper is advised to bring a long sleeve jersey and sweat pants for training sessions.

Camp Philosophy – our staff will strive to teach, nurture, and perfect techniques necessary to be successful at any level in soccer. These skills will be developed through individual training, small sided games, and full scrimmage settings. Individual and team tactics will also be addressed.
Camp Staff – All camps will be directed by Alpena Varsity Boys & Girls coach Tim Storch. Storch has coached 9 of his teams to Michigan High School State Championships and was named the 2001 National HS Coach of the Year. He has also served on the State and Regional Olympic Development Coaching staff and was a former Division 1 college goalkeeper. Additionally, many top HS and Club coaches, as well as accomplished players, will be included in the staff.
