By being mindful, we learn to manage stress, be present in each moment, and ease the nervous system. This class provides an opportunity to discover the mindfulness techniques that help you focus, achieve greater clarity of thoughts, healthier emotions, memory, and improve your general quality of life. Your body and brain will thank you. Instructor Desiree Nowaczyk is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Stress Management Coach, Holistic Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga instructor.
