Day of the Dead themed Block printing workshop!

This class will run for 2 hours and is hosted at Mangos tequila bar in downtown Alpena.

You will learn all the steps it takes to print with a freshly carved block!

• Drawing an image
• Transferring
• Carving your block
• Inking your block
• And finally, printing your design!

All supplies will be provided! (Designs to transfer, rubber blocks, carving tools, brayers, ink, paper).

There will also be beginner kits available to purchase before or after the class!

Once prints have been printed, we will wash our blocks off and you’ll keep them for yourselves!

Be aware of smudging when taking your prints home with you! Full dry time is about 3 days.

Ages 15+ due to handling sharp tools.
