Lighthouse Family Day

Join the Presque Isle Township Museum Society  for a day of fun family activities at the New Presque Isle Lighthouse.

There will be free activity stations including yard games, sidewalk chalk art, a Story Walk of Lighthouse Keeper’s Catastrophe sponsored by the Friends of Grand Lake Library, a scavenger hunt, refreshments, and temporary tattoos.

Organized fun kids’ games including replays and water balloon toss will be at 1:30 and 2:30. Kids and adults can try their skill at tossing their cookies from the top of the lighthouse at 2:30 – we provide the cookies!

Members of the Museum Society are picking up the cost of the climb fee for kids (12 and under) when accompanied by a paying adult ($6) during the event. For more information visit https://www.presqueislelighthouses.org.
