Storyteller Concert Series

Continuing our Storyteller Concert Series here at Art in the Loft as we highlight and celebrate the art of storytelling in music. In this new series, we will feature a variety of talented musicians and their bands as they share stories through music. Saturday, June 20th we welcome Doctor Skoob.

Texas born singer-songwriter, Doug S. Haines (aka Doctor Skoob) has recorded four albums and toured the country with various bands, sharing stages with artists such as Je Ely, Amanda Shires, Mac Davis, Robert Earl Keen, and Taj Mahal. He has also publishes two books, Resurrecting Trash and Things I Pray I Never Forget. Local musician Matt Southwell will be accompanying Doug, splitting the set playing their own original tunes.
