Downtown Street Performers

The Alpena Street Performers perform each Friday night in downtown Alpena from 6-8 pm beginning June 2nd. The organization was created by Chris Crown, an Alpena native who was a street performer in Holland, MI for seven years. Upon moving home, he was inspired to bring a similar program to downtown Alpena. The program allows local musicians, artists, and performers to share their talents with the community as well as promotes people to get outside and enjoy their downtown.

Current locations are Culligan Plaza, Chisholm Street Pocket Park, Downtown Scoops, As you Wish, the Fresh Palate and Cabin Creek Coffee.
