Troopers from the MSP Alpena Post invite you to join us for a Trunk or Treat event on Friday, Oct. 24 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Alpena City Hall.

Enjoy a fun and safe Trunk or Treat event with creatively decorated vehicles, candy-filled trunks, costumes and family-friendly Halloween activities!
