Joe Donna Art Opening

Joe Donna is a long-time art instructor and ceramic artist who has taught at Alpena Community College for more than three decades. Joe earned a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Ceramics from Michigan State University in 1985. He teaches courses in ceramics, digital art, and design in the Alpena Community College Fine Arts program. He also leads hands-on community art sessions, such as clay workshops, in the Olin H. Joynton Fine Arts Center.

He works in multiple mediums, including ceramics, photography, and found-object sculptures. His work has been featured in regional spaces like the Besser Museum for Northeast Michigan and local downtown galleries.
