Botany & Cider Walk

Join HeadWaters Land Conservancy for an afternoon of discovery at the Hess Nature Preserve, where conservation and community come together. Enjoy crisp, local refreshments provided by Presque Isle Farm Cider, LLC as our staff naturalist guides you on a botanical hike along the Lake Huron shoreline and through rare coastal wetlands. You will encounter pitcher plants, sundew, and other unique species that thrive only in these fragile dune and swale habitats.
