The Friends of the Alpena Library are hosting an official welcome and congratulations event on Tuesday, September 9th, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Library. Now that she is settled in, community members are invited to stop by and meet Library Director Christina Markowski. Light refreshments will be served.
