Join us for this 3-part Taiji series beginning Saturday, June 14!
Researched and proven to provide:
Stress relief, blood pressure reduction, improved sleep quality, improved balance and flexibility, increased strength, mental focus/awareness, and much more.
Classes focus on introducing students to the non-traditional practice of the Yang style 24 form (which is the standardized short form).
Join teacher Julie Gandulla for a “follow-along” warm-up and practice of this ancient martial art.
Non-competitive, and focused on relaxation and connection, Taiji is for all ages and all fitness levels.
We encourage anyone and everyone to join us. Come as you are!
Taiji is not a learning event where you keep learning more moves and/or forms. It is a “horizontal AND vertical” learning event that lasts a lifetime!
Week one: Warm up, posture, and breath work
Week two: Basic movements, walking, and stances
Week three: Movements connecting students to modern Taiji as “movement meditation”
