Thunder Bay Arts Council Reception for Featured Artist for May and June 2024--Dorothea Sandra

TBAC is pleased to announce their Featured Artist for May and June 2024–Dorothea Sandra. There will be a reception in her honor on Friday, May 17, from 5-6:30 p.m. in the TBA Gallery at 127 W. Chisholm Street. The reception is open to the public and free of charge.

Dorothea Sandra, BA, EDAC is an international and national commissioned artist. Her art has appeared in “House & Garden,” “The World of Interiors,” and “Tatler.” Her work is known for its powerful abstract movements and for its lovely evidence-based floral and landscape designs. She is also the author of “100 Days of Happy Art, Evidence-Based Designs.” She loves nature and enjoys living in the Great Lakes Area. Dorothea has been in newspapers, television, radio, magazines, and been interviewed by evidence-based design scientific research teams.
