Join Claire Evans, author of High Tea and the Low Down, former journalist, attorney, college lecturer and business owner of Tea with Claire as she showcases the Yaupon Tea. The yaupon tea, native to the southeastern United States is a delicious alternative to coffee and much revered by Native Americans.

Yaupon tea will be available for participants to try.
