The Light up the Sky 5K Run/Walk will be returning for its 8th year!

Join the fun on Sunday, May 26th. All net proceeds support the annual 4th of July fireworks held at the Presque Isle State Harbor. This year the fireworks will be held on Saturday, July 6th.

There is a fun run for the kids at 9:00 a.m. and the 5K Run/Walk starts at 9:30 a.m. Both events start at the New Presque Isle Lighthouse Park, 4500 E Grand Lake Road Presque Isle, MI US 49777.

Registration for the 5k is $20 through April 25th and $25 thereafter. Registration for the kids fun run is $10.

The first 150 finishers in the 5k and the first 50 finishers in the kids fun run will receive a medal. A limited supply of special design t-shirts will be available at a cost of $10 and you must register and purchase by April 25th to guarantee receiving a shirt. When they are gone they are gone.

Participants will be able to pick-up their packets on the day of the race between 8:30-9:20 a.m.
