Artist Bio: Band members Morgan Suszek and Pete Schuller began writing together in late 2014, and by April of 2015, A Tranquil Trauma was born. In October of 2019, the duo released their first EP, titled Songs To Burn To (available on most platforms). The songs on that EP form the framework of a full-length musical the duo has been developing for over a decade!

Now, A Tranquil Trauma is taking this Showcase in a slightly different direction. Instead of just playing their original album and telling their stories, this month will feature a workshop-style version of Act 1 of their original musical, A Tranquil Trauma: The Musical! Casting has been completed, and rehearsals are in full swing. Don’t miss your one night only opportunity to be part of the first group to see and support an original musical that started right here in Alpena!
