Thunder Bay Arts Council is proud to honor Alpena High School Art Students with a reception on Wednesday, November 5 from 5-6:30 p.m. in the TBAC Gallery located in downtown Alpena at 127 W. Chisholm Street. Come meet these talented students and view their work as well as that of 20 local artists also on display.
