“#1 it is Clean! Our reservations were for a Queen bed $63 per night but because we were staying 4 nights we were able to upgrade to a vacation rental suite. Price for two adults was $150 per night for 2 modern, spacious, tastefully decorated cottage rooms. There is a door separating the bedroom area from the living/kitchen area. Modern appliances, air conditioning, 2 tv’s, kitchen utensils, toaster, etc. Don’t forget to BYO coffee for the pot…

Across the street is one of several City Parks offering a playground, swimming and a splash park. Several restaurants including fast food are within 1/2 mile. We really enjoyed Nicks Diner.
We felt safe and the surrounding area is clean. Nice central location for Thunder Bay activities.”

“The suite was the BEST place to stay for our July family vacation. The new room decor is inviting and beachy, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is pretty tight, but the rest is spacious, and the pocket door separating the bedroom from the living area was very convenient with kids. The kitchen worked very well for us, with two high-quality portable electric cooktops and all cookware and dishware provided, and a grocery store a block down across the road. The kids loved being able to walk across the street to the beautiful beach, playground and splash park. Wish we could have stayed even longer!”

 

 

All suites are a little different to accommodate different needs. Some suites have 1 king bed and a queen sofa sleeper, while some have 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. ​One suite is also wheelchair accessible.
