Studio Rubedo

Studio Rubedo – Studio Rubedo is a contemporary art gallery and artist workshop featuring the ongoing art of Brian Schorn. The gallery also exhibits other emerging and established artists of all disciplines through invitation and juried competitions. Additionally, Studio Rubedo offers open studio hours and educational workshops, while serving as a general gathering space for anyone interested in the arts. Thunder Bay Arts & Gallery – Located in the heart of Downtown Alpena, the Thunder Bay Arts Gallery is a collective of artists’ work on view and for sale. The gallery exhibits a number of works from our local community, alongside other initiatives such as YouthCore and a Featured Artist rotating exhibit and open house. The gallery and council also put on Art on the Bay every year during the first weekend of the Brown Trout Festival (this year it will be July 18th and 19th, 2020) as well as Alpena’s Summer Movies by the Bay at the Bandshell and Sunrise 45 Film Fest. Gallery is located at 127 W. Chisholm St. in Alpena.
